IMER website in September 2004 shows this slogan and format (perfil) as “multiperfil,” but it was no longer listed by IMER in 2007. A report in Glen Hauser’s “World of Radio” noted this station was turned over by IMER to the government of the state of Colima in early 2004. A news release on the Colima government website http://www.colima-estado.gob.mx/2005/boletines/muestra_boletin.php?nb_bus=1111 dated August August 3, 2005, identifies “Conexión 1210;” Colima’s governor is pictured in front of a banner that includes the new slogan plus “La Poderosa Voz de Colima.” SCT-10/11/06 identifies owner as “Gobierno del Estado de Colima.” (Compiler cannot find verification that this 2004 address, when station was still listed under IMER ownership, still applies: Avenida Benito Juárez Esq. Avenida Niños Héroes, Colonia Juan José Ríos 28950 (312) 314-11-21, 314-11-22 F: 314-11-23) XEBCO no longer listed by MPM, which lists only commercial radio stations.
