An entry on a message board ZacapuMich.com.mx dated October 2006 identifies XEZI, “Maxistar,” but gives no frequency. Call, slogan but no frequency also listed on a website by “Instituto Nacional de Lenguas Indigenas” showing stations involved in a campagn “Que Habla tu Lengua,” showing that six times a day, XEZI adds announcements in Purhépecha.
